EU FMs meet in Luxembourg today to discuss immigration crisis
Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi calls for more European Union action on sea migration
Foreign Ministers of European Union are meeting in Luxembourg today to discuss the immigration crisis.
This was stated by EU foreign policy Chief Federica Mogherini.
She said that drowning of a boat carrying seven hundred migrants in the Mediterranean yesterday had highlighted the crisis.
Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi called for more European Union action on sea migration demanding European summit on the issue.
Around fifty survivors have been rescued and twenty eight bodies retrieved so far.
