TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1. Auction against sealed bids will be conducted on as and where basis. Willing parties/firms can visit the site during office hours in between 9a.m to 2p.m.
2. Parties/Firms willing to take part in the auction will have to reach HPT, PBC, Muzaffarabad on 11-07-2018 and the bidding will start at 11 a.m. Highest bidder will be considered successful.
3. Earnest money @ 2% of the bid in the shape of Bank Draft or Call Deposit in the name of Deputy Controller PBC, HPT, Muzaffarabad will have to be submitted on the spot.
4. The successful bidder will have to pay 25% of the total offered bid after closing of bidding, the remaining amount will be required to deposit within 15 days of bidding, failing which the amount deposited will be frozen.
5. Willing participants will be required to produce original CNIC along with a photo copy before the start of bidding.
6. Income Tax/Sales Tax will be received with the total amount as per rules.
7. PBC reserves the right to cancel the bidding at any stage/ time as per PPRA rules.
