In occupied Kashmir, various Sikh organizations have strongly condemned the excessive use of force against civilians in the territory.

Sikh leaders representing these organizations at a meeting in Jammu decided to submit joint memorandum to the United Nations, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Amnesty International and other human rights organizations to draw their attention towards the present appalling human rights situation in Kashmir.

Meanwhile Indian government has approved the recruitment of over 10,000 killers in the name of special police officers to deal with the ongoing mass uprising in occupied Kashmir.
