US President Donald Trump has expressed satisfaction over talks between the United States and Afghan Taliban.

Speaking in New Jersey, he said the United States would seek to get troop levels below 13,000 but leave very significant intelligence capabilities behind.    

However, President Trump made it clear that the United States cannot allow Afghanistan to be made a laboratory for terrorism.
