The US Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov in Moscow.

In the meeting, they discussed ways to advance a final, fully verified denuclearization of North Korea.

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow termed the talks as constructive.
