Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman has directed education department for recruitment on seven hundred vacancies up to grade 5 through committee to overcome shortage of employees.

Presiding over a briefing session in Gilgit, he said about five hundred posts from grade 16 and above have been sent to FPSC for advertisement.

He said an amount of about 1500 million rupees will be given to 1626 students from endowment fund on merit.

The meeting was informed that twenty model school would be approved in next annual development program while twenty model school have already been set up in all districts.

He directed Secretary Education to initiate e-learning in Diamer immediately.
