JUI-F chief calls for early introduction of reforms in FATA

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has stressed the need for early introduction of reforms in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
Addressing a tribal jirga in Peshawar on Sunday, he said Frontier Crimes Regulation should be abolished so that tribal people could get justice.
He said the parliamentary committee headed by Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz has finalized its report for introduction of reforms in tribal belt.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said nationwide strike will be observed on 23th of this month against the massacre of Muslims in Myanmar and problems faced by civilian population in Aleppo, Syria.
