NASA on Friday launched a latest satellite into the space from Cape Canaveral, Florida, aimed at ensuring astronauts at International Space Station to communicate with Earth.

In a statement, the NASA said the satellite will facilitate space-to-ground communication for its low-Earth orbit operations.

It will help scientists, engineers and control room staff to readily access data for missions like the Hubble Space Telescope and the International Space Station.
