Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has sent special teams comprising forty trained personnel of Rescue-1122 to rescue the tourists who have trapped at Babu Sar Top and Naran due to heavy snowfall. 

According to Rescue-1122 Peshawar, the teams also include medical technicians.

 A number of tourists belonging to Gilgit Baltistan have trapped at Babu Sar Top and Naran due to blockage of roads by heavy snowfall and land sliding.
