Israel's plan to demolish West Bank village 'could constitute war crime', says ICC

The International Criminal Court has warned that the planned demolition of a Palestinian village in the West Bank by Israeli authorities could constitute a war crime.

ICC's prosecutor Fatou Bensouda mandated to oversee the Occupied Palestinian Territory, has expressed concern over the planned eviction of the Bedouin community of Khan al-Ahmar, in the West Bank.
