In Afghanistan, sixty-three people have been killed and one hundred eighty-two others injured in a suicide bomb blast at a wedding ceremony in Kabul.

Afghan interior ministry spokesman Nasrat Rahimi said the casualties also include women and children.

Meanwhile, Taliban have denied responsibility for the blast.
