Dr Huma Baqai (IR Expert):
It is now exposed by international court of justice that Kulbhushan Jadhav was a serving Indian navy officer who crossed border with fake identity. Indian media is fooling its own people by fabricating false propaganda. Pakistan has welcomed the ICJ decision despite the fact that Jadhav has been given consular access. Jadhav is a terrorist and was involved in espionage activities to sabotage peace in Pakistan. The ICJ verdict validates Pakistan’s stance that India is financing terrorists and doing subversive activities to destabilize Pakistan. It is a diplomatic victory of Pakistan that Islamabad’s narrative is validated in front of the international community.
A Z Hilali (IR Expert):
People of erstwhile FATA are enjoying its merger with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We are witnessing that all segments of society are participating in public processions and political gatherings. This is a great victory of democracy and constitution. It is vision of Prime Minister Imran khan that every citizen should live with dignity and equality. People should participate in political process to mainstream the underprivileged areas of the country. People of erstwhile FATA are coming out with enthusiasm for casting their votes for change and development .The tribal people have realized that democracy is the key to development.
Brig retd Said Nazeer (Defense Analyst):
Cases related to terrorism should not be heard in international court of justice. India’s plea to release Indian spy is rejected however ICJ ruled India was entitled to seek consular access to former Indian naval officer Kulbushhan Jadhav who has been awarded a death sentence by a Pakistani military court. Pakistan will not release Kulbhashan Jadhav and he will be treated in accordance with laws of the country. Kulbhashan Jadhav is responsible for criminal and terrorists acts. He was pursuing Indian malicious agenda to de stabilize Pakistan. ICJ has exposed Indian nefarious face in front of the world. India has failed its case in international court of justice. It is no more a secret that India is a terrorist state and a threat to regional peace.
Lt Gen (Retd) Raza Muhammad Khan (Defense Analyst):
International Court of Justice’s verdict validates Pakistan’s stance and exposes Indian nefarious face. Pakistani courts would pursue the case and give final verdict in accordance with Pakistani constitution and law. Kulbhashan Jadhav is responsible for killing hundreds of innocent Pakistanis. We have to understand that consular access is limited for diplomats and war prisoners only. International community has endorsed Pakistan’s narrative in Kulbhashan Jadhav case. India is envious of CPEC and supports Balochistan Liberation Army to disrupt peace in Pakistan.
Dr Talat Wazarat (IR Expert):
It is clear from International court of justice verdict that India is involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan. RAW is involved in fanning and financing terrorists to sabotage peace in Pakistan. Indian stance is rejected in Jadhav case. Jhadav is not a war prisoner; he is a terrorist who was involved in terrorist activities. Pakistan should not give consular access to a terrorist who is responsible for killing of innocent citizens.
Rahim Ullah Yousafzai (IR Expert):
The forthcoming election in erstwhile FATA would help in mainstreaming one of the most neglected area of the country. The representatives of the area will resolve the issues of indigenous people in better way. The under privileged segments of the country would have their own identity and voice at national level. Infrastructural reforms are underway and more development work is expected in near future. The tribal people will have opportunities as par with other parts of the country. Incumbent government is taking corrective measures for the welfare of its citizens.
