Information Secretary urges media to highlight changing, revolutionary aspects of Pakistan
Sardar Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera says govt making all out efforts for adoption of latest tech and Pakistan will soon be a digital country.
Federal Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Sardar Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera says media must highlight changing and revolutionary aspects of Pakistan as the country is heading towards a great future.
In an interview with PTV on Wednesday morning, he said the government is making all out efforts for adoption of latest technology and Pakistan will soon be a digital Country.
He said that PTV is playing a pivotal and dynamic role through highlighting positive image of Pakistan. The Information Secretary emphasized the need for correct, timely as well as decent flow of information among general public. He said that electronic media transmission is being improved in Azad Kashmir and other areas.
Sardar Ahmed Nawaz Sukhera said that a message of hope and confidence is dire need of the hour because our country has embarked on road to development and prosperity.He said that Pakistan is country of great and efficient people and we are committed to serve our people.
He said on Pakistan's 70th Anniversary official electronic media will arrange special programs highlighting art and culture of the country.
He said ensuring high-level standard is our top priority.
He said efforts are underway to launch Kids channel at PTV.
He said state media should serve people in overcoming their problems.
