Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid says Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan's deadline to government is an attack on democracy.

In an interview with a private channel after the speech of the PTI chairman, he said the political forces will now respond to this attack on democratic system.

He said no other party but the one having only thirty five seats in the national assembly is giving this undemocratic deadline. He said the other person which is staging sit-in has no representation in the parliament at all.

He said the politically failed forces now want to get their demands fulfilled through the use of force.

On the announcement of civil disobedience movement by Imran Khan, the Information Minister said this threat is meaningless and non-implementable.

He said Imran Khan has given the call for this movement after the failure of sit-in.

He said a party which could not stage a sit in for twenty four hours, how could it launch the civil disobedience movement.

As regards dialogue with Imran Khan, Pervaiz Rashid said the government is ready for dialogue with all political parties including Imran Khan.
