Political leaders criticize PTI’s civil disobedience movement
PPP, MQM leaders term disobedience movement as exit from politics of sit-ins.
Leaders of different political parties have said that announcement of civil disobedience movement by Imran Khan indicates that PTI and PAT want an honourable exit from the politics of sit-ins.
In a television interview, PPP leader and leader of the opposition in the Senate Aitzaz Ahsan said the announcement means Imran Khan doesn't see any utility of the long march and sit-in.
He criticized Imran's announcement that after two days he would not control his workers, which amounts to making them fuel of the violence.
MQM leader Haider Abbas Rizvi expressed dismay over the approach of PTI leader and wondered how Imran's party would run KPK government if no taxes were paid.
He also agreed with the analysis of Aitzaz Ahsan that Imran Khan is disappointed from the outcome of the sit-in.
