Dr. Ghulam Mustafa (IR Expert):
Kashmir dispute is main cause of Indo-Pak tensions and without the solution to this issue peace in the region could not be dreamed. Indian forces are also violating human rights in Kashmir to suppress the freedom movement of the Kashmiris. Indian government is also using Afghan soil for its evil design in our country. United States is always involved in creating problems in other continents. The visit of US National Security Adviser Lt Gen H.R McMaster to Pakistan could focus on to develop some understandings on recent Massive Ordnance Air Blast bomb attack in Afghanistan.
Salma Malik: (Defence Analyst)
International community is silent over Indian policies for the sake of its national interests despite of knowing the after effects of these policies. India wants hegemony and dominance in the region. Pak-Afghan history is inter-linked. Peace instability in Afghanistan will definitely affect the peace and development in Pakistan as well. Pakistan and Afghanistan could mutually launch joint operation to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the region. The visit of US National Security Advisor to Pakistan is a positive development.
