Federal government has approved six point five billion rupees for different development schemes in tribal areas.

A spokesman of FATA Development Authority told Radio Pakistan that the amount will be spent on education, health, communication, irrigation, tourism and clean drinking water supply schemes.

The schemes on completion will help in improving the socio economic condition of tribal people.
