The Lower Dir traffic police will hold a festival at snow covered Laram Top, in the Ouch village of the district next month (February).

The snow festival that aims at promoting the tourism activities and showing people the beauty of Laram Top hills in this scenic area will have stalls of different foods, garments and other traditional items besides different gaming events among the youth.
