SECP registers 490 new companies in February
Around 89% companies have been registered as private limited companies.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has registered 490 new companies in February which is an increase of 7 percent as compared to the same month of the preceding year.
Around 89 percent companies have been registered as private limited companies, while around 7 percent were registered as single member companies.
According to a statement issued by SECP , four percent of the companies were registered as public unlisted, non-profit associations and foreign companies.
