Speakers at a round-table conference on Kishanganga in Islamabad today (Thursday) observed that award of Kishanganga by the International Court of Arbitration satisfies concerns of Pakistan.
Hydrology expert and member of Pakistan legal team at International Court of Arbitration‚ Dr. Gregory Morris said under the court verdict‚ India cannot take the water on a very low level in the dam.
He said Indus Water Treaty does not allow India to go for storage of water on large scale.
