Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed confidence that existing cordial relations between Pakistan and Britain will grow stronger in days to come.

He was talking to former British Minister and Member House of Lords Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, who called on him in Lahore on Monday.

The Chief Minister said the UK is a strong partner in the economic development of the country.

He said the provincial government has formed Overseas Pakistanis Commission for the solution of problems of the Pakistani Diaspora.

Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said the Commission will take effective measures for the redressal of the complaints of the overseas Pakistanis.

Sayeeda Warsi extended her congratulations to the Chief Minister on the discovery of large mineral reserves at Rajoa in Chiniot.
