Pence reaffirms South Korea commitment
U.S. Vice President Mike Pence has reaffirmed his country's commitment to its alliance with South Korea.
His remarks came on Sunday at an Easter Service with American troops based in South Korea.
Pence's visit to South Korea comes hours after a new North Korean missile launched failed.
Meanwhile, China's top diplomat, Yang Jiechi, and U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson exchanged views on situation of Korean peninsula by phone on Sunday.
