The United Kingdom has expressed its deep concerns on reports of premature repatriation of Rohingya refugees to Myanmar from Bangladesh.

UK Minister for Asia and Pacific Mark Field in a statement urged Bangladesh and Myanmar to uphold the internationally recognized principles of voluntary, safe and dignified return of Rohingya refugees.

He said we will also urge Myanmar to grant full and unimpeded access for UN and international organizations to monitor and asses any future repatriation efforts.
