In Afghanistan, one woman and four children were killed when rooftop of their house collapsed in Nangarhar province.

Provincial government spokesman Attaullah Khogyani said residents in Afghan villages and cities live in traditional muddy and old houses that easily collapse in a natural disaster, raining or snowing.
