In India, around 40 people are feared missing after a boat capsized due to strong winds in the Godavari River in Andhra Pradesh. 

Meanwhile, at least 19 people were killed and over 12 injured after an under-construction flyover collapsed in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
