The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bearish on Wednesday.

The KSE-100 Index closed today at 39271.94 points as compared to 39614.18 points on the last working day with a negative change of 342.24 points.

The total turnover was 92,773,020 as compared to 122,244,370 on the last working day with K-Electric Ltd having the highest turnover of 13,222,500.

Total 333 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 96 recorded gains and 218 sustained losses whereas the share price of 19 companies remained unchanged.

Abbott Laboratory recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 17.42 rupees while Mari Petroleum recorded maximum decrease that was 29.59 rupees.
