OXFAM delegation calls on CM
Syed Murad Ali Shah says Sindh govt should give agriculture land to OXFAM for overcoming poverty of women in province.
A delegation of OXFAM led by its head Mark Ian Goldring called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi on Friday.
The delegation informed Chief Minister that OXFAM is workings to overcome poverty in women in Pakistan since 1973.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister expressed the desire that Sindh government and OXFAM could work together to overcome poverty, reviving water bodies and dealing with national disasters.
He said that Sindh government should give agriculture land to the OXFAM for overcoming poverty of the women in province.
Syed Murad Ali Shah said for this purpose, Sindh Government will provide seed and other imported items for two years.
