Speaking in Radion Pakistan's Nukta-e-Nazar Program, Major General (R) Jamshed Ayaz (Defense Analyst) said : “Army Chief is a courageous man and he has done wonderful job. The credit of successful operation Zarb-e-Azb goes to Army Chief, Army soldiers and our intelligence agency ISI as well as to government. Our Nation has also showed its full support for operation Zarb-e-Azb which is laudable. Pakistan Army has routed terrorists in the Tribal Area with full commitment and determination. Our forces have been killed a large number of terrorists in this operation and captured the ammunition of terrorists.”

Aqeel Yousafzai (Senior Journalist): “Our Nation was demanding the operation against terrorism in the country and Pakistan army owned this demand. Military leadership had brought nation on one point agenda and launched a strict operation against terrorism with the support of political leadership. Our forces fulfill the wishes of the nation and restrained terrorists to boarder areas. This operation is still continues successfully and Pakistan army take the control of most of the areas along with the west border. Now it is the duty of our government to start rehabilitation process in these areas and reconstruct the basic infrastructure in cleared areas. Government should also establish the status of FATA because it is very important.  

Brigadier (R) Agah Gul (Defence Analyst): “It was a difficult war because it is not a conventional and normal war. It is a war against insurgency which may takes long time. Government should enhance good governance in the area. Our nation is facing terrorism with great bravery and supporting its forces against terrorists. Pakistan Army has rendered sacrifices in this operation and it is a hallmark of our security forces.
