Nawaz Sharif says controversial JIT report on Panama Papers case is merely a pack of baseless allegations by opponents.Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said in unequivocal terms that he will not resign on the demands of defeated elements.He was addressing PML-N parliamentary party meeting as president of the party in Islamabad.The Prime Minister regretted that some elements fanning political instability and uncertainty are harming the country.He said the controversial JIT report on Panama Papers case is merely a pack of baseless allegations by opponents. Nawaz Sharif said the JIT report has no substantive evidence, and there is not a single sentence in the entire report which gives a clue that he is guilty of corruption.
Minister of State for Information says the government will not accept any addition to volume 10 of JIT report after 10th of July.
In a statement, she expressed serious concern over reports that JIT is still active, despite submitting its final report in the Supreme Court.The Minister of State said that Supreme Court had allowed the JIT to close its office within 7 days, but instead of closure of office, all JIT members and their assisting staff are still working and none of the JIT members had reported back to their respective departments as yet.

Army Chief assures cooperation to eradicate terrorism in Balochistan
Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has appreciated achievements of Army, FC, Police, intelligence and other agencies including provincial administrations in improvement of security situation in Balochistan.
