Force of 2600 personnel to be set up for CPEC security
Pervez Khattak says Rs96mn will be spent on raising the force.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to set up a force comprising two thousand and six hundred personnel for security of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and Swat Motorway.
Chairing a meeting in Peshawar this evening, Chief Minister Pervez Khattak said ninety six million rupees will be spent on raising the force.
He also directed to prepare PC-I for establishing CPEC Coordination Unit, which will coordinate in all CPEC relating activities.
