Federal Ombudsman Salman Farooqi has launched a dedicated website of the Ombudsman Secretariat for prompt solution of the problems faced by overseas Pakistanis.      

Addressing the launching ceremony of the website in Islamabad this afternoon, he said the website will provide online and swift mechanism to overseas Pakistanis to contact the Ombudsman Secretariat, which will help expedite the resolution of their issues.      

Salman Farooqi said Federal Ombudsman is deciding complaints within sixty days as it prefer to dispose of all the complaints lodged with the Ombudsman office through mutual understanding between the complainant and the corresponding agencies.

Overseas Pakistanis can lodge their complaints online through this website and Federal Ombudsman would forward them to the concerned agencies.
