Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Miftah Ismail has said that country's exports are increasing due to the prudent policies of the government.       

Talking to a private news channel, he said the country witnessed an average of twelve percent increase in the exports during last five months.               

He said the current political situation and process of sit-ins have also affected the economy.

He said the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif also affected the national economy and stock exchange.
