Balochistan Provincial government is making all out efforts for betterment of health sector with the aim of providing modern healthcare facilities to the poor masses in the province.

Sources of Provincial Health Department told Radio Pakistan Quetta on Monday that a major programme to control birth-rate in the province has been started at a cost of about four billion rupees.

Another project to control epidemic diseases in the province is also being implemented at a cost of two point five billion rupees.

Moreover, another programme to control Tuberculosis is to be completed at a cost of over five hundred million rupees.
