Organization of Islamic Cooperation is holding an extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers in Jeddah today [Sunday] to discuss Israeli premier Binyamin Netanyahu’s remarks regarding annexation of some parts of Palestine's West Bank.

The meeting is being convened on the request of Saudi Arabia, which chairs the current presidency of the organization.

Earlier this week, Netanyahu announced to apply Israeli sovereignty to the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea if he is re-elected in the elections on Tuesday. NNR/Abid
