Development of Housing sector is the top most priority of incumbent government. PTI led government is committed to facilitate the common man and provide reasonable shelter to the people who cannot afford it. Naya Pakistan housing project is a very welcoming step and hopefully these houses are affordable by the poor segment of the society. The essence of the program is providing roof to the deserving people of the country. Development of Construction sector is highly beneficial to accelerate economic activities. PM Imran is taking concrete steps for the transparency and in time completion of the project. Naya Pakistan housing project is one step forward towards strengthening and empowering of the common man.
Dr. Huma Baqai (IR Expert):
The forth coming visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan to United States of America invalidates Indian notion of isolating Pakistan at international front. Indian media seems apprehensive about the fact that Pakistan is friend of Washington. The meeting between PM Imran Khan and president Trump holds great strategic and economic significance for Pakistan. The meeting is being carried out in a very crucial and important juncture of time. Pakistan is emerging as an important regional country .USA appreciates Pakistan’s role for regional peace. The US move to designate Balochistan Liberation Army as a global terrorist organization is a diplomatic victory of Pakistan and indicates Pakistan’s worth on global political stage. Indian government is envious of Islamabad’s improving ties with Washington. Pakistan respects the fact that US has good relations with New Delhi but we have our own dynamics of relations with US. Incumbent government is pursuing very effective foreign policy and taking concrete steps to improve economic outlook of the country. Regional powers and United States are on board for the success of Afghan Peace process. Pakistan has clear stance that Afghan led Afghan owned peace process is the ultimate solution to Afghan crises.

The housing project is an efficient way to boost economic activities, run industries and generate massive job opportunities for unemployed youth of the country. It is high time to develop construction sector in Pakistan to improve economic situation and attract international and domestic investors for investment. Incumbent government is heading towards the right direction in order to improve economy and facilitate the common man.
Hamayun Iqbal Shami (Chairman Pakistan Economic Forum):
It is need of the hour to upgrade the existing banking sector in Pakistan for the success of Naya Pakistan housing project. There are a few challenges in the success of Naya Pakistan housing project and current interest rate of central Bank of Pakistan is one of them. The Interest rate of State bank is not affordable by the poor segment of the country. Circulation of money will improve economic outlook. The housing project would help in strengthening the industry.
Lt. General Retd Naeem Khalid Lodhi (Defense Analyst):

Pakistan believes in the relations based on equal footings and mutual respect. The Trump administration is eyeing upon Pakistan’s facilitation in Afghan reconciliation process. Islamabad should not compromise on its sovereignty and national interest. Pakistan is looking towards United States to use its influence to resolve Kashmir dispute and take steps to stop cross borders terrorist’s activities to destabilize Pakistan .Islamabad is always ready to address United States concerns over CPEC project.
