AJK PM urges EU to insist upon India for stopping HR violations in Kashmir

AJK Prime Minister Sardar Farooq Haider has urged the European Union to insist upon India for stopping human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad, he said Pakistan cannot remain oblivious to the brutalities in Kashmir by Indian forces.
He called upon the European Union to send a fact finding mission in Occupied Kashmir to analyze bleak human rights scenario in Occupied territory.
The AJK Prime Minister also said implementation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir should be assured.
Farooq Haider said Pakistani and Kashmir youth settled abroad especially in the European Union will be engaged to sensitize the European people about the lingering dispute.
The AJK Prime Minister said there are concerns in the European Union about human rights violations and the use of pellet guns by the Indian troops.
Farooq Haider said resolution of Kashmir dispute is imperative for durable peace in South Asia.
The AJK Prime Minister also appreciated Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for forcefully raising the Kashmir dispute at the UN General Assembly session.
