Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said the PML-N Government is ensuring speedy completion of public welfare projects in the Punjab.

He was chairing a high-level meeting in Lahore today.

The meeting reviewed pace of work on various ongoing development projects.He said that Government is keen to provide selfless service to the masses. He said work is in progress on mega projects costing billions of rupees.

The Chief Minister said that under these projects more than three hundred water filtration plants are being installed in the province to provide clean drinking water to the masses. He said that work on these projects is expected to be completed by 2017.
