Imran making new demands to create hindrances: Rashid
Information Minister says Imran Khan has failed to prove his allegations regarding rigging in general elections.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid has said that letter written to the Judicial Commission and the demands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are actually the confession of defeat by Imran Kahn.
In a statement issued today, he said PTI has started writing new letters to Judicial Commission after failing to produce evidences and documents and presenting the witness before the commission.
He said that during the routine proceedings of the Commission Imran Khan did not demand the Returning Officers as witnesses. He said the demand of Returning Officers is another U-turn of the king of the U-turns.
He said at a time when the Commission is near to reach a decision, the demands of Imran Khan tantamounts to create a new political confusion.
He said the Imran Khan is making new demands to create hindrances for achieving the national targets.
Pervaiz Rashid said Imran Khan has failed to prove his allegations regarding rigging in general elections 2013. He said Imran Khan should accept his falsehood and apologize for misleading the nation.
He asked Imran Khan not to create hurdles in the path of national agenda, which is development of the country and fight against terrorism.
