A nuclear deal between Iran and six major powers was reached in Vienna today after clearing final obstacles on Tuesday.

A senior Western diplomat said the deal will allow UN inspectors to press for visits to Iranian military sites for monitoring duties.

He said they will endorse the deal, reached on Tuesday.

An Iranian diplomat confirming the deal said all the hard work has paid off and we sealed a deal.

Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has termed the agreement a historic moment.

Speaking before the final meeting of negotiators in Vienna, he said now we are starting a new chapter of hope.

Zarif said acknowledged the final agreement wasn't perfect for any party, but said it helped end an unnecessary crisis.
