National History and Literary Heritage Division has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Inter Art Channel of Republic of Korea to organize an exhibition of Gandhara artefacts and sculptures from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in two cities of Republic of Korea.

They will be exhibited for six months from March next year.

The MoU would help strengthen the existing excellent relations between two countries by opening a way for cultural cooperation between the two countries. The exhibition would display not only rich Buddhist archaeological treasure of Pakistan but also project the soft image of the country which would help draw religious tourists to Pakistan.
