Civil war comes to an end in Syrian city of Aleppo
Russian envoy to UN says arrangement has been made for rebel fighters to leave area.
In Syrian city of Aleppo, civil war has ended after a truce between government forces and rebels paving the way for evacuation of rebels and civilians from the besieged areas.
Russian Ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin has said an arrangement has been made for rebel fighters to leave the area from Wednesday morning.
The rebels have confirmed the deal and said civilians may also be allowed to leave.
Meanwhile, a coalition drone strike has killed three Islamic State leaders including two men in Raqqa province of Syria who helped facilitate last year's attacks in Paris.
In a statement, Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook said militants were working together to plot and facilitate attacks against Western targets at the time of the strike.
