Government, PTI hold talks in Islamabad
Finance Minister says government is making sincere efforts to resolve the political crisis.
A round of formal talks between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf concluded in Islamabad on Sunday night.
Talking to newsmen after the talks, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that it is government's effort to resolve political crisis through dialogue. He hoped that both the sides would reach a consensus in this regard. The Minister expressed hope that PTI workers will remain calm and peaceful in Lahore tomorrow.
PTI leader Jahangir Tareen said both the sides decided to resolve the political crisis through talks. He said formation of judicial commission and its Terms of Reference also came under discussion. He hoped that talks would be result-oriented.
PTI leader said next round of dialogue would be held on Tuesday.
