Earlier, England won the toss and elected to bat first and set a victory target for Australia 232 for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted 50 overs.

In reply, Australia were all out 207 in 48.4 overs.

Three match series level 1-1.

Last and final match will be played at Manchester on Wednesday.
