Pak-Turkey ties deep rooted in common faith, culture: Firdous

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan says Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's fourth address to the joint sitting of parliament is reflection of Pakistan-Turkey everlasting friendship.    

In a series of tweets on Friday, she said the people of Pakistan have a special respect for the Turkish leadership and its people for backing Pakistan's stance on Kashmir issue at the UN General Assembly.

Firdous Ashiq Awan said Pakistan-Turkey relations are deep rooted in common faith and culture.

She expressed the confidence that the visit of Turkish President to Pakistan will take to new heights the economic, trade and cultural relations between the two countries.
