Middle Eastern situation and Pakistan’s key role in bridging the gulf between Saudi Arabia and its allies on one side and Qatar on the other
Pakistan’s diplomatic initiative launched by the Prime Minister is to help bring the two parties closer for common Muslim cause.
It is imperative that Arab countries should resolve their disputes through negotiations. Pakistan and other influential countries like Turkey must play their in resolving the situation. OIC and Arab League have an important role to play in defusing the situation and help resolve the differences between the two sides.

Pakistan is a nuclear power and an important country in Muslim world. Pakistan can play a prominent role to defuse ongoing tensions between Qatar and Saudi coalition. Prime Minister is on a visit to Saudi Arabia and is accompanied by a high level delegation. Definitely military and political leadership will find a way to get rid of the prevailing situation in Middle East. Pakistan has strong brotherly relations in the region. Pakistan needs to carefully and neutrally play its role to resolve the issues between Qatar and other Gulf countries.
