Acting Ambassador of KSA pledges to resolve visa issue in next three days
Delay in issuance of visas was due to shortage of visa stickers: Saudi Ambassador
Acting Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan Marwan Ridwan Mirdad has said that with the increase of twenty percent quota around one hundred and eighty thousand Pakistanis will perform Hajj this year.
He was talking to media persons in Islamabad on Tuesday in the wake of visa problems being faced by the Pakistani Umrah pilgrims.
The Acting Ambassador said that the delay in the issuance of visas was due to shortage of visa stickers and the problem will be resolved in next three days.
He said over six hundred thousand visas have so far been issued from Islamabad and five hundred thousand from Karachi to the Umrah pilgrims.
