Ministry of Religious Affairs has made elaborate arrangements at Jeddah airport to fully facilitate and guide the intending pilgrims arriving from Pakistan.

Talking to our correspondent Zahid Hameed at the airport, Incharge Jeddah Hajj Terminal Inam-ul-Haq said as per the understanding reached between the governments of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, a fast track system has been established under which the Hujjaj are sent to Makkah within forty to forty five minutes after going through the necessary documents verification.

Inam-ul-Haq said that this year the ministry of religious affairs has arranged VIP buses for the pilgrims.

Inam-ul-Haq said that a medical mission has also been set up at the airport where doctors and paramedical staff remain present round the clock to provide timely treatment and free medicines to any pilgrims.

Responding to a question, the Incharge of Jeddah Hajj terminal said so far about forty four thousand five hundred and thirty seven hujjaj have landed at Jeddah airport.

He said the pilgrims under the private scheme are also equally treated.
