Hurriyet Forum urges UN to resolve Kashmir issue

In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has urged the United Nations to resolve the core issue of Kashmir through peaceful means.
In a statement, he said rising tension between Pakistan and India over the Kashmir dispute is taking a dangerous turn with every passing day.
Democratic Freedom Party Chairman Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that re-polling at 38 polling stations in Badgam district in Occupied Kashmir is aimed at increasing voting percentage through rigging.
Shabbir Ahmad Shah, who continues to be under house detention, in a statement issued in Srinagar said people will not forget the eight youth martyred by Indian troops on Sunday.
He said the Kashmiris have sent a clear message to the world that they want nothing less than freedom from Indian occupation.
