Muhammad Nafees Zakariya says Jadhav identified himself and made repeated confessions about his involvement in terrorist and anti-State activities in Pakistan. Based on his confessional statement, terrorist networks were dismantled, a number of terrorist incidents were averted and a number of arrests were made. Apart from killing Kashmiris, India has also declared a war on its own minorities and ban on slaughter of cow is one such example of India's extremist pursuits. Indian forces martyred fourteen Kashmiris and injured 250 others during the last one week. Pakistan condemns these killings and human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and call upon the international community to help stop bloodshed there.

About Lt. Colonel Habib Zahir,Nafees Zakaria  did not rule out involvement of hostile agencies in his disappearance. The Government actively pursuing the matter with Nepalese Government and Kathmandu was extending full cooperation.

Lt Gen (Retd) Naeem Khan Lodhi (Former Defence Secretary):

"Indian PM Narendra Modi and members of his cabinet have been expressing aggressive and threatening attitude towards Pakistan. Initially, India expressed no concern at time when Kulbhushan Yadav was apprehended but when he was awarded the death sentence then Indian politicians started shouting. Foreign Office has rightly said that Kulbhushan Yadav has on record  confessional statements  regarding his involvement in terrorist and anti-State activities in Pakistan. Kulbhushan Yadav is not an agent but is a serving Indian Naval Officer. Farooq Abdullah (a pro-Indian) has admitted that Kashmir is getting out of Indian control. India has made all out efforts to sabotage CPEC to destabilize our economy and isolate Pakistan but  remained failed."

Lt Gen (Retd) Talat Masood (Defense Analyst):

"Indian policies and attitude towards Pakistan have always been aggressive. Indian government has deputed a number of agents in Pakistan to promote terrorism in our country. International community is well aware of Indian policies but it is silent over it for the sake of its national interests. Now the Indian politicians are using pressure tactics against Pakistan to revert the decision of death sentence to Kulbhushan Yadav."

Dr. Huma Baqai (Expert On World Affairs):

"Pakistan High Commissioner in Indian during an interview has rightly said that if Kulbhushan Yadav is not an Indian agent then why he was having Indian passport with a Muslim name on it. Pakistan has a very clear stance that any aggression or conspiracy against the country will never be tolerated. It is also expected that India has kidnapped Col. Habib . His kidnap may be the reaction of Kulbhushan Yadav’s punishment. Indian spy agent has also been given the opportunity to appeal against his punishment. Indian government has always been involved in efforts to declare Pakistan a terrorist state in the world. India is frustrated and the statements of Indian politicians are the proof of that."

Ashraf Saraf (Hurriyet Leader):

"Minorities in India are not safe. Today the Indian courts have issued Non bailable  warrants of Muslim scholar Dr. Zakir Naik. Indian government has been promoting Hinduism and extremism in Indian. On one side, Pakistani forces are fighting against terrorists while on the other hand Indian forces have been involved in killing innocent and unarmed people in Kashmir. Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination. Indian forces are unable to control  freedom movement in Kashmir and the time is not far when Kashmiris will get their right of freedom. Kashmiris have boycotted sham elections in Kashmir today and the time had passed when Kashmiris were forced to cast voted on gun point."
