Sindh Assembly resumed its session today with the Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani in the chair.

Addressing the session, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that gas is required to initiate the power projects of 100 megawatt at Nooriabad city.

He said that 70 percent gas has been produced by the Sindh.

He said that Sui Southern Gas Company has not provided gas to the province for last four months as per allocated the quota of the gas.

Murad Ali Shah said that if the demands are not fulfill than strict measures will be taken. He requested the federal government to finalize the agreement for the provision of gas in this week.
